When Degausser comes back to life, its kind of awkward, & pretty much everyone thinks its more or less in bad taste. Something about it being done before; & that the other guy had supposedly pulled it off in three days. “Copycat” stings a bit, but “knock-off” just makes him smile: Degausser's saving days are over, & he hasn't used that particular alias in a few months now. They'd figure it out eventually.

Still, it'd be nice. The bitch about resurrection & not being Jesus Christ is that the stakes remain just as high.

After all, Lazarus died twice.
